The F. Scott Fitzgerald Literary Festival is an annual event that celebrates the life and works of F. Scott Fitzgerald, one of America’s most celebrated authors. The festival was established in 1996 to commemorate the centenary of Fitzgerald’s birth in Rockville, Maryland, where he is buried along with his wife and daughter. The festival seeks to honor the works of F. Scott Fitzgerald and other prominent American literary artists while supporting, encouraging, and assisting aspiring and emerging writers and students interested in the literary arts.
