The work, which must have Thoroughbred racing as its main theme, can fall into any category: fiction, nonfiction, children’s, handicapping, breeding, training, photography, etc. Periodicals or publications that contain advertising will not be considered. A panel of judges will take into
consideration design, layout, and artwork when relevant.
