Agnes Scott College Annual Writers’ Festival has been inviting distinguished writers to campus to read their works, teach and talk with students since 1972. The Festival includes a writing contest in poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and dramatic writing and visiting writers reading and holding workshops. The program is open to both the public and the campus community; an alumna writer is almost always featured and a one-credit workshop is available for students.
