The Southern Christian Writers Conference is an annual workshop held each June in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The conference--in partnership with TAB Media Group--is designed to help both aspiring and successful writers learn more about the writing and publishing process. Nationally recognized experts--writers, novelists, editors, agents--speak at the conference each year. In addition to the annual conference, the SCWC hosts regional workshops in the Spring and Fall as well as the SCWC Writeathon in September and the Southern Christian Book Expo in February. We also host online activities throughout the year.
