Since 2004, the Dancing Girl Press chapbook series has published a variety of handmade, open-edition chapbooks by women authors each year. Every summer, chapbooks are selected during our open reading period, and the guidelines for submissions can be found below. The imprint is dedicated to showcasing innovative work by women, including female-identifying, transgender, and non-binary authors, while also exploring the boundaries of book-making, hybridity, and the visual and written arts.
Note: Don't assume that because a publisher is listed in a genre, that your book is a good fit for their publishing program. Take the time to research the books each publisher has released to find the best matches.
